We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for bidding on projects and contracts posted by clients on various platforms and online marketplaces.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential projects that align with your skills and expertise.
- Prepare professional and persuasive proposals to showcase your capabilities and understanding of clients’ needs.
- Place bids on projects, competing with other freelancers or agencies for the same opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details and negotiate terms.
- Set competitive pricing for your services and negotiate project budgets and timelines.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and express continued interest in projects.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, demand for specific skills, and competitor rates.
- Manage your profiles and portfolios on freelancing platforms, keeping them up-to-date with relevant information and showcasing your best work.
- Analyze metrics and insights to improve your bidding strategies and performance.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of various online freelancing platforms and their bidding processes.
- Ability to craft persuasive and professional proposals. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
