Tutor for BSc Nursing Program
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Overview
Key Responsibilities
Teaching Support:
- Assist in the delivery of lectures, seminars, and practical sessions under the supervision of senior faculty members.
- Conduct small group tutorials and review sessions to reinforce course material and address students' questions.
- Facilitate laboratory and clinical skills training, ensuring students gain practical hands-on experience.
Student Support:
- Provide individualized academic support and tutoring to students who need additional assistance.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and clinical work, offering feedback and encouragement.
- Assist students in developing effective study strategies and time management skills.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assist in the preparation and grading of assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic and clinical skills.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist in the organization and coordination of academic activities, including scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain and update course materials and resources in collaboration with faculty members.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development discussions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- A valid nursing license and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a relevant nursing specialty.
- Freshers can Also Apply.
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring nursing students is an advantage.
