- Maintain and optimize business profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Developer Tools and Integrations**:

- Manage integrations and automated processes to streamline social media operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to social media tools and integrations.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare and present performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving social media strategies.
- **Training and Supervision**:

- Report to the Product Trainer for the first three months for onboarding and initial training.
- Report to the Senior Developer for the following three months to deepen understanding of technical tools and integrations.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a required.
- **Content Creation Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and basic video editing.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is preferred but not required.
