**Position Overview**:We are looking for a versatile and creative individual to join our team as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer. In this dual role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling long-form and short-form video content, as well as creating visually engaging graphics. Your mission is to produce high-quality multimedia content that captivates our audience while meeting deadlines and demonstrating patience in the creative process.

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:
Review video footage and select the best sequences for editing.
Seamlessly edit and connect video clips to tell a cohesive and engaging story.
Add sound effects, music, and audio elements to enhance video impact.
Incorporate graphics, titles, and animations to create visually appealing content.
Fine-tune videos to meet the highest quality standards.

**Graphic Design**:
Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visual elements for a wide range of multimedia projects.
Develop compelling design concepts for marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to align graphics with the project's overall vision.
Ensure graphics are visually engaging, informative, and consistent with branding guidelines.

**Direction**:
Collaborate closely with the creative team, taking and following direction to fulfill project visions.
Communicate effectively and share ideas to ensure content and design align with the team's goals.

**Requirements**:
**Video Editing**:
Proven work experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Proficiency in editing software packages like Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut.
Demonstrable video editing ability, including timing, motivation, and continuity.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing techniques.
A creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.

**Graphic Design**:
Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong visual and artistic skills, including an eye for color, layout, and typography.
Ability to create graphics that convey messages effectively and align with branding.
