**1 to 3 Years - DevOps Support for Pune (Shift Timing: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)**

**About this Team**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Provide technical support for a software production environment.
- Detect, diagnose, and report problems.
- Assist programming staff with software analysis, performance, and resource consumption.
- Offer technical consultation to users regarding software capabilities and use.
- Follow escalation procedures to resolve incidents, problems, or errors promptly.
- Use appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve issues.
- Assist development teams with requirements, system design, and project delivery.
- Support development of internal and client communications related to incidents, problems, or errors.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Application Support.
- Experience with DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, ITIL, Shell scripting, and SRE.
- An engineering mindset with a focus on support.
- Working knowledge of GIT, JIRA, Ansible, Bamboo, MySQL, and MariaDB is desired.
- Experience in a large software release, QA, continuous integration, or DevOps environment.
- Availability for on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
