Real estate and construction knowledge is preferable
- A liaison officer, shall be coordinate with the all government officials i:e EB,CMDA,local authorities.
- Liaison officers serve should be act as a central point of contact for information exchange between different company and the government officials.
- Liaison officer should be involves establishing rapport, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns or issues that may arise.
- Liason officer shall be efficient in handling in disputes in the site.
- They should face challenges or issues emerge, liaison officers play a crucial role in identifying solutions and mediating disputes. They work to find common ground and resolve conflicts in a diplomatic and constructive manner.
- Policy implementation: In certain cases, liaison officers may be responsible for implementing policies or procedures within an organization. They ensure that all parties involved understand and adhere to the established guidelines.
- Overall, the role of a liaison officer requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to navigate complex situations, and a thorough understanding of the entities they represent. By serving as a bridge between different groups, liaison officers contribute to effective collaboration and successful outcomes.
