Vice Principal

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Developing a creative learning community across the school environment.**

**Act as liaison between the Management and teachers.**

**Preparation and monitoring of yearly curriculum plans.**

**Scheduling and monitoring of periodic revision plans & test, examination time table and remedial classes.**

**Scheduling and conducting the Parent & teachers meeting.**

**Co-coordinating with the teachers to prepare a strategy for making the students to score higher marks.**

**To give consistent motivation to the students for the better academic development.**

**As a Vice-Principal, voluntary active participation is required in all school events.**

**Flexible to work beyond regular school hours.**

**Responsible for training, mentoring the Teachers.**

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Master's in Math/Science/ English with teaching degree.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
