The Consumer Deposit Product Analytics Analyst will be part of the CCB Data & Analytics group working with the Consumer Deposit Product Analytics team. The Deposit Product Analytics team provides analytical support to checking, savings, debit, and time deposit product teams for Consumer Bank. This role requires both practical business knowledge of the retail banking space as well as analytical skills. The analyst will work closely with product executives, managers, and analytical peers to provide support and solutions to business problems. This individual will be responsible for delivering performing strategy and business control-related analyses, producing product-specific performance metric reporting (including business KPIs and KRIs), developing and supporting new business dashboards, and managing and reporting projects within their book of work. This position blends data analytical monitoring and metrics reporting to support end to end Deposit Product ownership of items within the Consumer bank.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide support to the Retail Deposit Product team in terms of managing production deliveries.
- Ability to utilize multiple tools to solve problems (for example a combination of coding, Tableau views/Presentations, partner knowledge, and business expertise)
- Develop and provide support for reporting and analysis, abilities to make changes and process programs built for business deliveries.
- Assist in deep dive ad hoc analysis with data support.
- Ability to extract big data information directly from a corporate data warehouse ranging from aggregate to account level
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful insights and help build actionable strategies.
- Interact regularly with business units, understand business goals and priorities, and play the role of an effective partner.

**Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information system, or mathematics; Master's degree in a STEM field preferred.
- 3-5 years in a role including Product Management, Marketing Analytics, or Data/Analytics reporting.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and abilities to communicate and interact effectively with leadership team to deliver insightful analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to highly complex and diverse problems
- Advanced skills in database and analytical tools like SQL & Alteryx.
- Ability to use Tableau to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Experience working on SAS, Python, Pyspark, Big Data and other Cloud based infrastructure is a good to have.
- Advanced skills in Excel (with the ability to easily create Pivot tables, array formulas, and visualizations)
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing voluminous data from structured and unstructured sources.
