As an AI/Chatbot Tester, your primary responsibility is to ensure the functionality, reliability, and efficiency of AI/chatbot systems. Your key tasks include designing and executing test plans, ensuring quality assurance, conducting performance and usability testing, and collaborating with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for documenting testing phases and defects. This role requires you to have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in software testing, familiarity with AI concepts, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Your role is crucial in enhancing the system’s quality and reliability, providing users with a seamless and efficient experience.

**Your key responsibilities**
- **Analysis of User Stories and Scenarios for Test Automation**: You will analyze user stories and scenarios for potential automation, enhancing testing efficiency.
- **Feature Testing Activities**: You will actively work on feature testing activities during System Testing, Regression Testing, and Smoke Testing phases. This ensures all features function as expected.
- **Functional Test Script Design and Execution**: You will design and execute functional test scripts and automation scripts to meet the functionality requirements. This helps automate repetitive testing tasks.
- **Performance Testing**: You will evaluate the system’s performance under various conditions and loads to ensure its responsiveness and stability. This ensures the system can handle real-world usage scenarios.
- **Usability Testing**: You will assess the system’s user-friendliness and ease of use, providing feedback for improvement. This helps make the system more intuitive for users.
- **Regression Suite Maintenance**: You will maintain a full regression and extended smoke suite to run smoothly across all environments. This ensures that new changes do not break existing functionalities.
- **Issue Reporting and Retesting**: You will report and retest issues identified during regression. This helps ensure all defects are addressed before release.
- **Status Updates**: You will provide clear and precise status updates to the team lead. This ensures effective communication and coordination within the team.
- **Collaboration**: You will work closely with developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand the system’s design and functionality. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of the system for effective testing.
- **Reporting**: You will document testing phases and defects, providing regular updates on test progress. This keeps all stakeholders informed about the system’s quality status.
- **Continuous Learning**: You will stay updated with the latest industry trends, testing tools, and methodologies. This ensures your skills and knowledge remain current.

**Your skills and experience**
- **Must Have**:

- 7 to 8 years of Test automation experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Java and Python.
- Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) testing.
- Experience with mobile/device test automation with Appium framework.
- Hands-on experience of Postman/SOAP UI, Cucumber, BDD, IntelliJ/Eclipse, JIRA.
- Experience with working in agile scrum methodology.
- Ability to work towards sprint level test automation and regression test automation.
- **Good to Have**:

- Experience with Git, maven or gradle.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with DialogFlow testing
- Test management tools: Xray.
