**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic financial leadership, developing and implementing long-term financial plans and budgets aligned with the Trust's vision and mission.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
- Manage a team of 30-40 finance professionals, fostering a strong and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including donors, auditors, and bankers.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining the quality of educational services.
- Leverage financial data to inform strategic decision-making across the Trust.
- Support fundraising initiatives by providing financial analysis and projections.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 20 years of progressively responsible experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the education sector or a non-profit organization.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive growth and sustainability.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and motivating a large team.
- Must have experience leading a team of 30-40 people.
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record is highly desirable.
- Prior association with the Art of Living organization is a strong plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic educational environment.
- Familiarity with non-profit accounting practices.
- A strong commitment to the mission and values of The Educational Trust.

Location : Kankapura Road, Bangalore.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹765,959.81 - ₹2,192,778.97 per year
