**Overview**: As a DMIT Sales Executive at Brainfra Edutech Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) services. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve company targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meetings**: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to explain the benefits and features of DMIT, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight how DMIT can benefit clients, particularly in the education sector.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates, providing regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or personal development industry. Experience with DMIT services is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
