**Fundraising Officer**

Fundraising Officer's job role is to raise funds for our NGO from Malls and nearby streets also with our team. Very good Communication Skills in English is required to work inside Malls. Willing to work in different Malls, in **Amritsar**.

**Job Timings**:
Our work timings are divided into 2 shifts i.e. one from 10:00AM to 7:00PM and another shift is from 11:00AM to 8:00PM.

**Salary and Incentives**:
Starting Salary for fresher will be INR 17000 plus incentives. Very good Communication skills and Sales experience required. Salary may vary in case of relevant Fundraising Experience.

**The Roles and Responsibilities are as follows**:
Ø Come up with resourceful ways to spread awareness about India’s biodiversity.

Ø Be part of brand awareness and brand building activities.

Ø Represent CEF INTERNATIONAL in different malls.

Ø Donor acquisition and resource mobilization.

Ø Would use their public speaking skills to identify potential niche donors and organize initiatives to solicit funding.

Ø Plan fundraising events demonstrate excellent initiative to further our fundraising campaigns and help CEF INTERNATIONAL meet its financial goals.

**Skills and Knowledge**
Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with donors, team members, and other stakeholders is essential for success in fundraising. A fundraiser must be able to present the NGO's mission and programs in a compelling way and also be able to persuade potential donors to support the cause.
Relationship-building skills: A fundraiser must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners. This involves developing trust, establishing rapport, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to keep them engaged and informed about the NGO's work.
Strategic thinking: A fundraiser must be able to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies that align with the NGO's goals and objectives. This involves analyzing data and trends, identifying new fundraising opportunities, and making informed decisions about where to focus resources.
Networking skills: A fundraiser should be able to network effectively with individuals and organizations that can support the NGO's mission. This includes attending events, joining relevant industry associations, and leveraging personal and professional connections to expand the NGO's reach.
Creativity and innovation: A fundraiser should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative fundraising ideas that can help the NGO stand out and attract donors. This involves researching and understanding donor behavior and trends, and developing new ways to engage with potential supporters.
Analytical skills: A fundraiser must be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns and make data-driven decisions about where to allocate resources.
Time management and organization: A fundraiser must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, prioritize workloads, and stay organized.
Passion and commitment: A fundraiser should be passionate about the NGO's mission and committed to making a difference in the world. This can help to inspire and motivate donors and team members and create a culture of enthusiasm and commitment within the organization.
