As a 24-Hour House Servant, your primary responsibility is to provide round-the-clock assistance and support to the residents of the household. You will be expected to perform a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the household and meet the needs of the residents. This role requires a high level of dedication, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment throughout the residence. This includes cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and laundry duties.

Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals for the residents, taking into consideration their dietary preferences and any specific dietary restrictions. Ensure that meals are nutritious, well-balanced, and served at appropriate times.

Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to the residents as required, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing. Assist with medication management and scheduling of medical appointments, if needed.

Household Management: Take care of household errands, such as grocery shopping, running errands, paying bills, and managing household supplies. Keep an inventory of necessary items and inform the residents when supplies need to be replenished.

Security and Safety: Maintain the security and safety of the residence by monitoring access, ensuring doors and windows are locked, and implementing appropriate security measures. Respond to any emergencies or security concerns promptly.

Event Planning and Hosting: Assist in organizing and hosting events or gatherings held within the residence, including coordinating guest lists, meal preparation, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for the residents and their guests.

Communication and Coordination: Maintain open and clear communication with the residents to understand their needs, preferences, and any changes in their schedules or requirements. Coordinate with other staff members or service providers as necessary.

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the personal and private matters of the residents and the household.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role or a background in hospitality or personal assistance is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotational shift schedule.
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and respect for privacy.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting or carrying heavy objects.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
