EXO Edge is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Administrator to support the operational needs of the Business by managing customer orders from Sales through to Billing. You will be supporting our client, a telecom giant from Ireland.

In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
**Primarily focused on**:

- Familiarity with broadband and telephony services.
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner, patience and an ability to explain delivery
procedures over the phone is essential.
- Team player - working in co-operation with colleagues and local management teams.
- Self-motivated, detailed and organized.

**Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities**:

- Manage and track each delivery, and work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure on
time delivery.
- Resource planning and allocation.
- Proactively manage changes in delivery scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency
plans.
- Own the communication and execution of hand-over of services at designated milestones.
- Provisioning of Business and Residential customers.
- Co-ordinate the configuration of all customer equipment prior to dispatch.
- Remain professional, courteous, and patient with customers/colleagues always.

**Bringing in the below experience**:

- 4-6 years of experience in an in-house IT team of a global organization
- B.Tech, BCA, B. Sc. Computer Science or relevant
- Relevant IT Industry Certificates.

**Technically sound in**:

- Experience or knowledge of CRM, in particular Salesforce
- Strong IT skills: MS Excel, Word
- Good, detailed understanding of a range of data technologies, such as DSL and Fibre services
- Competent understanding of VoIP technology; its uses, and how it is delivered, implemented and trouble-shooting
