Job Title: Assistant Recruitment Coordinator (Work from Home)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This is a work from home position that requires a motivated individual who is capable of working collaboratively with other team members, including recruiters, via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up calendar invites and scheduling interviews
- Sorting through resumes on Indeed and other job boards
- Writing up supporting documentation and SOP's as required
- Filling out offer letters and other employment-related documents
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent ability in Word and Excel
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not required
- Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection
- Must be able to document hourly what they completed throughout the day

Pay: From ₹654.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
