- . Assist and manage the lead acquisition, data management, client acquisition, client grievances, and report issues successful conversion._
- . Drive Sales: Lead Generation (Referral Leads, Cold Calling, Lead Cleaning) to Site Visit to Closure_
- . Achieve the company sales target (Project: Quarterly)_
- . Create, and survey campaigns and assist the Sales and marketing team with Project design and Launch_
- . Build relationships with new customers to drive sales_
- . Build relationships with existing customers to generate reference sales._
- . Conduct Site Visit (Virtual and Physical)_

- 1. Achieving high cold lead conversion into site visits_
- 2. Achieving high sales conversion and outperforming the targets (Converting site visits to closures)_

- Calling Leads and qualifying the lead for the site visit (Handling Customer Inquiries). Attending Inbound and outbound marketing calls to leads generated through various marketing activities._
- Responsible for entire pre-sales functions, from lead handling to customer site visits to closure_
- Follow-up with Customer. Doing regular follow-ups and ensuring customer site visits._
- Addressing issues & feedback from your clients - over calls, site visits, and post-visit follow-ups_
- Coordination with the sales team during site visits, updating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Daily tracking and reporting of lead metrics_
- Manage and solve client queries, concerns, and grievances. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively_
- Site Sales_
- Convert prospects into clients by showcasing projects and inventories best matching their needs and requirements._
- Use leads shared by the company to turn them into customers. Generate self-leads (Through referrals, and business directories) to convert them into customers._
- customers at their preferred venues, and provide end-to-end guidance to customers during and post-site visits._
- Experience_
- 4-5 years of Experience in Real Estate Sales and Site Visit Sales with any Real Estate Company or Real Estate Affiliated Company. Must_
- have experience in Tele-Calling, Tele-Pitching, and sales conversion._
- Salary Offered_
- Rs 40,000 Per Month + Incentives._
