Beauty Advisor

Bengaluru, India Talent Bee Consulting Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Driving product sales thereby achieving revenue target for the assigned outlet
- Managing and achieving product penetration goals
- Increasing product sales contribution on the overall outlet revenue
- Deploy offers and promotions at the outlet
- Assisting customers to find the right products, and encouraging them to consult with stylists and therapists for the right salon and home care
- Reporting daily product sales for your outlet
- Replenish stock at the outlet when needed, and manage inventory

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in field sales
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Exceptional customer servicing skills
- A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
- A strong mindset to delight customers

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
