The strategic implementation of best practices and company guidelines in order to achieve continuous and sustainable cost reduction for indirect materials and services. The best possible prices and conditions shall be achieved by following the company guidelines and gaining the benefits of a competitive bidding environment.
- Place Purchase Orders for Indirect Materials and Services
- Obtain competitive prices when applicable and negotiate best price and conditions
- Benchmarking of products/ services by investigating the market/ identifying new vendors and thus identifying potential for savings.
- Identify and improve opportunities for new frame agreements
- Identify savings opportunities and maintain saving register
- Identify bundling opportunities for indirect procurement activities, purchase orders, agreements etc.
- will be involved in Procurement Department, IT Department, Legal Department, Human Resources & Administration, General Management, Finance Department and Engineering.
- Create awareness to ensure early involvement by procurement in indirect purchases
- Maintain centralized filing system.

**Are you a MATCH?**:
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree is required.

Management Degree will be additional advantage.

Discipline: Supply Chain Management/ Global Sourcing; Work Experience:
Min. 6- 8 years of Indirect buying experience in a mid-sized preferably multi-national Company.

Language required: Level required: English proficiency; Fluent
