**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Operations Leadership:
Oversee all plant operations, including grain processing, fermentation, distillation, and ethanol production.

Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment and processes.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production, maintenance, and quality professionals.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Production Planning and Optimization:
Develop production plans to meet quality and quantity targets.

Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and yield.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Implement quality control measures to maintain consistent product quality.

Safety and Compliance:
Promote a strong safety culture by implementing safety protocols and training programs.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Maintenance and Asset Management:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.

Manage capital projects and upgrades for process optimization.

Resource Allocation:
Manage resources efficiently, including raw materials, manpower, and utilities.

Monitor and control operational costs to achieve budgetary goals.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including corporate leadership and functional teams.

Represent the plant in interactions with regulatory agencies and local communities.

Performance Metrics:
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the plant's operational excellence.

Monitor and analyze KPIs to track performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of [X] years of relevant experience in grain-based ethanol production.

Strong understanding of the grain-based ethanol production process, equipment, and technology.

Proven track record of leadership in managing a production plant or site within the grain-based ethanol industry.

In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent team leadership and people management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and build relationships.

Proficiency in process optimization, resource allocation, and cost management.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
