Salesforce Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Force Trainer to join our team. The Sales Force Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
- Conduct onboarding training for new sales staff.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observation.
- Create instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and handouts.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in various formats (e.g., workshops, webinars, e-learning).
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging training materials.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
