Managing inward and outward in stores
- Coordinating internal teams.
- Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/max/ buffer)
- Preparing GRN on regular basis
- Stocking in store after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.
- Managing / selling waste with the help of Technical Team
- Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations
- Keeping records of Vendors and timely clearance of their bills
- Maintaining housekeeping of store Area
- Quarterly audit of material inventory
- Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection
- report, Vendor database, Scrap disposal records ,Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.
- Responsible for All Dispatch of Materials.
- Transfer between stores/sites.
- Continuous & timely follow-ups with vendors for their pending materials as per purchase order, similarly follow-ups for their payments & compliance like vendor code, vendor registration & Vat certificates etc.
- Should have experience of ERP System well.

**Qualification**
- Proven work experience as a store executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience in Same Domain the with a Minimum of 2 to 5 Years of Experience
- Minimum Graduation
- Good Computer skills (Excel)

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
