**Position Overview**:
As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and rapidly evolving field, providing opportunities to learn about influencer identification, relationship management, campaign tracking, and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Research and Identification**:

- Assist in researching and identifying relevant influencers across various social media platforms based on target audience demographics, interests, and campaign objectives.
- Compile lists of potential influencers, considering factors such as reach, engagement rate, and content quality.
- **Outreach and Relationship Management**:

- Nurture relationships with influencers, responding to inquiries, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring clear communication throughout the campaign process.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and campaign strategies tailored to specific influencers and platforms.
- Coordinate the logistics of influencer partnerships, including product shipments, content guidelines, and deadlines.
- **Content Review and Approval**:

- Review influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and legal requirements.
- Provide feedback and guidance to influencers as needed, ensuring the quality and authenticity of sponsored content.
- **Campaign Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Assist in tracking the performance of influencer campaigns, monitoring key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Compile data and insights into campaign performance reports, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,899.19 per month
