**Roles and Responsibilities**:B2B Sales** (Business to Business):

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and prospect new business clients, focusing on companies that can benefit from our products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**:

- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and write proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with businesses to meet sales targets.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the business sector.
- **Account Management**:

- Manage and nurture ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals.

**C2C Sales** (Consumer to Consumer):

- **Lead Generation & Networking**:

- Identify potential individual customers and generate leads via social platforms, referrals, or events.
- Leverage direct communication to build a solid customer base.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interest to closing the sale.
- Assist in identifying their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Building**:

- Build long-term relationships with individual customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Provide post-sale support, including follow-up calls and customer service.
- **Customer Feedback & Improvements**:

- Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships in both B2B and C2C environments.
- Proven sales record in both business and consumer sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales software.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or rela
