**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Oversee the installation of solar panels and related equipment at project sites.
- Conduct site surveys and assess the suitability of locations for solar installations.
- Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- **Service and Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance checks on installed solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues related to solar installations, providing timely solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize system downtime.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all installations meet company quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Inspect the work of contractors and provide feedback to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and address any concerns related to the installation or performance of their solar systems.
- Provide training to customers on the operation and maintenance of their solar systems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of all site activities, including installation and maintenance logs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, service activities, and any issues encountered.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that the installation team follows safety guidelines.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure that the work environment is safe for all team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or ITI.
- 0-3 years of experience in solar installation or a related field.
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in different locations as required.
