**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Integration**:Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources and services into the curriculum, supporting classroom instruction and enhancing learning outcomes.
Develop and implement information literacy programs that align with academic standards and promote critical thinking skills.
**Collection Development**:Curate, manage, and maintain a diverse collection of print and digital resources that cater to the educational and recreational needs of students, faculty, and staff.
Stay informed about emerging trends in educational literature, digital media, and other relevant resources.
**Instruction and Support**:Provide library instruction to students, teaching them how to effectively access and evaluate information, as well as develop research skills.
Offer individualized support to students in their academic pursuits, including research assistance and reading recommendations.
**Promotion of Reading and Literacy**:Organize and promote reading programs, book clubs, and other literacy initiatives to foster a love of reading among students.
Collaborate with teachers to create engaging literacy-focused activities and events.
**Technology Integration**:Stay current with educational technology trends and integrate digital tools and resources into the library program to enhance learning opportunities.
**Collaboration and Professional Development**:Collaborate with faculty and staff to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and events.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in library science and education.
**Community Engagement**:Foster a welcoming and inclusive library environment that encourages participation from students, parents, and community members.
Organize and host events that promote community involvement in the library.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, History, Political Science, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or relevant experience in education.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fostering a love of reading and learning in students.

**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
