**Job Description**:

- The CEO will serve as the center of the organization's professionalism, growth, and transformation. - In three to five years, the CEO will develop plans and put them into action to transition the company from one focused on Kerala to one operating throughout all of India. - By offering the vision, strategy, leadership, and general management abilities required to develop the business into a major force in its sector, the CEO will add value to the organization. - The creation and execution of a strategic plan will be part of this, with the goal of advancing the business's vision, mission, strategies, and objectives as well as fostering revenue growth and profitability. - The CEO will collaborate with an elite group of managers committed to creating, producing, and marketing products and services of the highest caliber. - Serve as the company's main representative, cultivate new clients and marketing channels, maintain relationships with current clients and channel partners, forge strategic alliances, and see to it that overall profit and revenue targets are met. - In accordance with local regulations, the CEO is responsible for overseeing corporate governance and making sure all compliances are met to ensure the organization operates smoothly. - Implement a solid people strategy while maintaining the group company's culture and keeping an eye on performance management. - In addition to overseeing the development of a solid GTM strategy for the business, this role will produce results through careful execution. - Consistently observing the product mix and making investments in prospects to guarantee a dominant market position. - Constant enhancement of supply chain and manufacturing operations and procedures. - Strive to achieve a healthy balance between immediate and long-term outcomes. - Take advantage of the new opportunities by keeping an eye on and evaluating them constantly. - Provide a robust CAGR - Good P&L management is achieved by having a deep understanding of the cost and revenue levers.
