**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or mobile sites function and look.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, style guides, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, designs, and images.
- Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Design banners/creatives required for content assets.

**Skills**
- Must be able to present a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Should be able to work on creatives and layouts for product illustrations, PPTs, infographics, and GIFs.
- Should have a working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), and After Effects.
- Should be a team player who can work independently too
- Must have the ability to collaborate closely with different teams to understand their requirements and clearly/effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams.
- Should have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Should be able to test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Must be able to conduct user research, competitor analysis, and interpret data and qualitative feedback.
- Should have a clear understanding of the importance of user-centric design and design thinking.
