- Establish, maintain and execute IT & D strategic roadmap for Cluster ISC reflecting cluster IT and Digital needs and opportunities in line with corporate IT strategy
- Delivery of customer facing and internal technology projects for Cluster ISC in close collaboration with respective customers, business areas. Orchestrating joint up delivery between Cluster ISC and regional / global shared IT services. Qualify and drive achievement of IT project benefits
- Lead, develop & coach cluster level IT & D team in content, soft skills and digital transformation. Focus on continued development of next level IT leadership team
- Drive digital transformation relevant to Cluster ISC business backdrop and in close collaboration with region / global counterparts, bringing in cluster context and tech leadership (setup to be defined)
- Ensure overall health of IT environments and services to ensure reliable and supportable customer services.
- Ensure effective levels of information and cyber security and protect entrusted company and customer data at minimum in line with regulations and company policy.
- Manage and optimize entrusted IT funds to maximize value and in line with targets, identify opportunities and prioritize investment needs.
- Drive business process and systems harmonization as well as regional / global IT service consolidation to ensure transferable best practices towards customers and effective scaling of business.
- Form active part of cluster ISC management team as well as APAC IT & D management team. Further strengthen collaboration / engagement with peers and stakeholders within cluster business divisions and global / regional IT mgmt.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or relevant fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Senior Leadership position in business context as well as within international corporation.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT industry (incl. personal management of large-scale projects).
- Knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding/manufacturing industry is added advantage
