**Motion Graphics and 3D Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communication.
- Develop engaging video content, including animations, intros, explainer videos, and infographics.
- Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for videos and other media.
- Work on 3D rendering and compositing to produce lifelike visuals.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
- Brainstorm and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Use software like Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar for motion graphics and 3D modelling.
- Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro as needed.
- Keep up with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation, and 3D design to ensure fresh and modern outputs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related fields (preferred).
- Proven experience in motion graphics and 3D design (portfolio required).

**Proficiency in software such as**:

- Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro.

3D Tools: Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of sound design and audio synchronization.
- Experience with augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) projects.
- Familiarity with video editing and VFX compositing techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000-₹20,000 per month
