Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Chai Tent. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of beverages and snacks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere in the outlet. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you on board

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders, prepare beverages (coffee, chai, tea, etc.), and serve snacks or pastries.
- Ensure beverage and food quality meets our high standards and follow recipes and preparation guidelines.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers and assist in making menu selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including brewing stations, counters, and dining areas.
- Restock supplies as needed and notify management of inventory shortages.
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of different coffee/chai brewing techniques and familiarity with cafe equipment is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
