The individual is responsible for Social Media Marketing, Virtual Assistance & Shooting Reels and Images and various other co related activities.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Will be responsible for Social Media Marketing under which the following would be required to execute Content Strategy, Content Creation, Hashtag Creation, Hashtag Research & Bank, Reel

Prompts, Consistent Postings and Engagement Strategy.

Instagram Graphics, Scheduling content on other platforms.
- Responsibilities will also include to be able to Shoot/Assist Reels & Images, Strategic Reel Prompts.
- High attention to detail.
- Posting content all the Social Media platforms.
- Posting Stories Daily.
- Managing Influencer Marketing
- Initiating Customers Engagement + Networking + Organic Engagement Through Stories.
- Scheduling content for release at optimal times
- Creating & Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
- Should lead the cross-platform content efforts across formats (SMS/PNs, Mailers. Blogs, Banners,

PR articles, video descriptions etc.) that aid in fostering engagement online and brand recall.
- Should be able to plan Social Media Strategy.
- Should conduct live sessions
- Post doing Market Research & Competitor Research, Create and Optimize marketing campaigns for the company.
- Create ads on the preferred Social Media platforms.
- Adaptation of New Look / Layout creation for every new campaign.
- Creative discussions, development & adaptation for all marketing creative request with team members.
- Effective planning, monitoring on creative, timelines to ensure quality execution.
- Ability to analyze Dashboards and discuss with the internal team on regular basis and strategize further for maximum result-oriented reach.
- Images and banners for the website, working in sync with the content team.
- Should possess strong visual design aesthetic and knowledge of typography.
- Should involve and plan aggressively in meeting business parameters as required by various Social

Media Platforms.
- Identify opportunities and trends in market and highlight them internally.

**Required Skill Set**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of researching online
- Must be willing to work extra hours as required by management
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be comfortable picking up new technologies as they emerge and confident in communicating both internally and externally.
- Should be Smart, Proactive, adaptive in fast paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Ability to work methodically & meet deadlines.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel

**Added Skillset**:Graphic Designer Knowledge
Understanding of CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects & Sketch.
