Magna Jetting Systems is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that promote our brand and products. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's image and communicating our message to our target audience. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Develop innovative and engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Design and layout of print and digital advertisements, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Conduct photo editing and retouching as necessary to enhance the quality of visual assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and reflect the brand's identity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, layout composition, and typography.
- Knowledge of print and digital design techniques and processes.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in industrial or manufacturing industry design is a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software is a bonus.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile design.
