**Your field of responsibility**

As a Scrum Master, you coach one to three teams to become great teams that continuously improve. This includes helping them to improve their engineering skills such as refactoring, test automation, test-driven development, and continuous delivery.

You coach the Product Owner to improve the value delivery.

You will work with other Scrum Masters in the area and organization to further our Scrum adoption and move the organization towards becoming more flexible and value focused.

As a part of role, your responsibility includes:

- Form a team so that they can enjoy as well as deliver
- Ensure Scrum events are productive and fun
- Help your team improve their engineering practices
- Bring the teams closer to the customers and end-users, so they can work together
- Coach the Product Owner how to make their life better
- Collaborate with department heads to pragmatically move the organization forward without losing the goal of precision
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and coaches to share knowledge and promote knowledge sharing
- Educate everyone on Scrum without preaching
- Live the principles of the agile manifesto
- Develop a culture of collaboration, respect, courage, and trust

**Your skills and experience**

To excel in this role, you should possess below:

- Extensive experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach (preferably joined a coaching program such as coactive coaching or at least 3+ years of proven experience) is essential
- Experience with Scrum (3+ years)
- Experience in software development and able to coach technical practices
- Understanding of the financial services domain
- Can facilitate large group discussions and events. Has facilitated sessions such as Open Space and World Café
- Can create a safe environment where voices can be heard without fear and ability to deal with and resolve conflict
- Strong awareness, observational skills over conversations, environment, and situation
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
