**Job Overview**:
As a Quality Checker in the field of Education Technology (Ed-tech), specializing in lead evaluation and call auditing, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of leads generated by the organization. This role involves regular auditing of calls made by the sales and marketing teams, assessing lead quality against defined criteria, and leveraging strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Quality Assessment**:
Evaluate the quality of leads generated through various channels, ensuring they meet predefined criteria and align with the organization's objectives.

Implement consistent processes for lead quality checks and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- **Call Auditing**:
Regularly audit calls made by the sales and marketing teams to assess the quality of interactions with potential customers.

Analyze call recordings, ensuring adherence to scripts, professionalism, and effective communication.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze lead data and call audit results.

Generate comprehensive reports highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
- **Process Improvement**:
Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement in lead generation processes, call scripts, and communication strategies.

Implement changes based on audit findings to enhance overall lead quality and conversion rates.
- **Documentation and Feedback**:
Maintain accurate records of lead quality assessments, call audit results, and improvement initiatives.

Provide constructive feedback to sales and marketing teams, guiding them towards best practices in lead engagement.
- **Training Support**:
Work closely with teams to develop training materials based on audit findings.

Conduct training sessions to improve communication skills, adherence to scripts, and overall lead handling techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead quality assessment, call auditing, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for providing feedback and collaborating with teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

**Experience**:

- To having an 1 to 2 years Experience In Any Ed tech for an Quality Checker Or Quality Analyst.
