**A day in the life**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Front Office Receptionist, to join our team welcoming guests at RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast.

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face and first point of contact for the resort. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our guests with the best experience whilst with us. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out, accommodation reservations, answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries. You will be the face of the resort and first point of call for all things Gold Coast.

**We’re looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ front office experience, in 4-5 star hotel/resort environment, or similar
- Opera knowledge & experience, desirable
- Deliver a high standard of quality customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Excellent admin skills including attention to detail, organisational and efficient time management skills
- A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment and with diverse groups of people
- Be self motivated, confident, friendly, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
- Excellent personal presentation
- Problem solving skills and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster between 7am-11pm, weekdays, nights, weekends & public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
