**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
CPQ Testing:
Perform manual testing of CPQ systems and ensure that all configurations, pricing, and quoting processes function as expected.

Execute test cases that cover all aspects of the Quote to Cash process, including product configuration, pricing calculations, discounts, approvals, and quote generation.

Quote to Cash (QTC) Process Flow:
Have in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Quote to Cash process and ensure the entire workflow, from quote generation to order fulfillment and invoicing, operates smoothly.

Test and validate the integration points between CPQ systems and other Quote to Cash modules such as CRM, billing, and ERP systems.

Test Case Development:
Develop and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure thorough coverage of the Quote to Cash process.

Identify and document any gaps, inconsistencies, or issues in the system and collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve them.

Defect Management:
Log defects and track them to resolution using appropriate defect management tools.

Retest resolved issues to ensure they meet the quality standards and do not introduce new defects.

Collaboration:
Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure that testing covers all functional and non-functional aspects of the CPQ solution.

Provide feedback and recommendations on improving the Quote to Cash workflow based on testing results.

Documentation:
Document all test cases, results, and defect tracking for future reference and audits.

Prepare test summary reports, highlighting any major issues and system readiness for deployment.

Mandatory Skills:
CPQ Background: Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing with expertise in CPQ systems.

Quote to Cash Process: Strong business knowledge and hands-on experience in the end-to-end Quote to Cash process flow using any CPQ.

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure smooth project execution.

Desired / Secondary Skills:
Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or other similar platforms would be an added advantage.

Familiarity with CRM systems and how they integrate with CPQ platforms.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in CPQ manual testing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve system issues.

Experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
