**Responsibilities**:

- Product Ownership and Strategy:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between the business and technical teams.
- Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, users, and development teams to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
- Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with the product roadmap.
- Agile Development and Collaboration:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure clarity of requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process.
- Feature Development and Delivery:

- Collaborate with the development team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Review and provide feedback on design proposals and technical documentation.
- Monitor and track progress of development activities, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, executives, and technical teams.
- Conduct regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations regarding product scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test plans and test cases.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the developed product meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Product Documentation and Training:

- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product adoption and usage.

**Must have**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.
- Technical background and familiarity with software development practices, tools, and technologies.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
