**1. Internship Period (First 3 Months)**:
All new hires will begin with a 3-month internship. During this period, interns will receive foundational training and engage in practical work to understand the role's requirements. Performance will be closely monitored to assess suitability for further advancement.
**2. Trainee Period (Subsequent 6 Months)**:
Upon successful completion of the internship, individuals will transition to a 6-month trainee position. This phase is designed to deepen role-specific skills and increase responsibility. Trainees will work more independently but will still receive guidance and support as they grow into their role.
**3. Executive Role**:
After completing the trainee period, and based on satisfactory performance, individuals will be promoted to a full executive role. At this stage, employees are expected to fully manage their responsibilities and contribute significantly to the organization's objectives.
**Note**:
- If your performance is not satisfactory during your internship, your internship duration may be extended.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation: (50)**:
- Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities within the VR retail space.
- **Demo Calls: (30)**:
- Schedule and conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Tailor demos to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.
- **Appointment Setting: (15)**:
- Arrange meetings between potential clients and our sales representatives.
- Ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to scheduled appointments.
- **Administrative Support: (5)**:
- Handle all administrative tasks for the sales team, including maintaining and updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the creation and customization of sales presentations and proposals.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience Required
- 0-1 Years
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation, conducting demos, and appointment setting.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
