Pazago is a fast-growing fintech startup that has recently raised $3.5M. Led by YCombinator alum and 3x startup founder Nikhil Agrawal, Pazago’s fintech SaaS platform is bringing innovation to global trade. The company is urgently hiring a CA as a Financial Controller to prepare monthly financial statements for multiple stakeholders including investors.

**Qualifications**:
You should have the following qualifications:
1. CA Final pass-out

2. 1+ years experience in a funded startup as Finance Mgr. or higher designation focussed on MIS and Compliance

3. Completed your Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field

4. CFA qualification and Big 4 Accounting firm Audit background are ideal but not required

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a senior Finance leader, you will be responsible for:

- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budgeting process and provide financial projections to support decision-making
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations, standards, and laws
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for and facilitate financial audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary

The role will be based in the Andheri (E) office. Working hours are 9:30 am-6:30 pm Mon.Sat. (with 2nd and 4th Sat. monthly off).

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
