**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with user groups and identify purchasing needs
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery expectations
- Issue Purchase Orders on time
- Manage and resolve supplier problems due to delivery, quality and pricing in a timely manner
- Build relationships with suppliers and monitor performance and report KPIs on regular basis
- Identify new contract opportunities and drive continuous improvement and value addition to existing contracts
- Develop new vendors based on business / stakeholder requirements
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key products
- Coordinate with vendors and expedite the orders
- Ensure tracking and reporting of day-to-day activities
- Own the Inventory Management Tool and manage the inventory efficiently
- Responsible for arranging transportation in coordination with Logistics / Supply Chain
- Actively participate with the Project Team in preparing the Material Procurement

Schedule (Excel file) and tracking continuously update
- Formulating Standard Operating Procedures, Contracts, Practices as per Industrial

Standards

**Who can apply?**

1. have a B.Tech / B.E. or a Post-Graduation degree (Specialization in Supply Chain

Management preferred)

2. 0 - 2 years of work experience

3. can work from office 5 days a week

4. have relevant skills and interests

5. are from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 or equivalent institute

6. have strong communication and interpersonal skills

7. can take high ownership and have the passion to get things done

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru - Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
