**Responsibilities**:
Gain a basic understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues reported by end-users.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing IT projects.
Provide assistance in documentation and knowledge sharing activities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
Knowledge of basic cyber security concepts and practices.
Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT industry.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using common office productivity software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant internships, projects, or certifications in IT or cyber security.
Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
