Academic Telecaller

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our academic programs and services
- Explaining the features and benefits of our programs and answering questions about them
- Assessing the needs of prospective students and suggesting suitable programs and services
- Following up on leads and inquiries and converting them into enrollments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in our CRM system
- Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date with our programs and services

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
