**Job Title**: E-commerce Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, promoting products and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Familiarize yourself with our diverse product range for exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills required; CRM system knowledge is a bonus.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a history of target achievement.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior E-commerce sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction are highly valued.
- Proficiency in fundamental computer skills is required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an additional advantage.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding set targets in a fast-paced environment is preferred

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
