Our expertise lies in optimisation of stock with improvement in availability, comprehensive audits of parts stock and bring to fore the intricate details for creating transparency in the business.

Here you’ll get to work with some of the best minds in industry in the domain of inventory management, supply chain, sales & Distribution and Warehousing & Logistics to deliver excellence in the way business is managed at Automotive dealerships.

As BDM, you’ll be responsible for driving company’s objective of increasing penetration among the automotive dealerships in your area of operation and servicing the existing clients to exceed their expectations from the company. The incumbent is expected to

a. Client Acquisition/ Business Development/ Existing Client Servicing & Receivables collection for services of the company

b. Collaborate with the Customers (Automotive Dealers) for action for positively impacting the business and achieve company's vision of making their spare parts operations 'LEAN', 'ACCURATE' and 'TRANSPARENT'

c. Interaction with Customer (Automotive Dealers) to give them a better understanding of the impact in association and helping their achieve the objectives of association

d. Co-ordinate with the Company's Operations Team to deliver Quality services to the clients.

A Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering graduate with above 5 Years of experience is the area of Field Sales/ Distribution, Channel Development, Spare Parts Management Or Aftersales Service in Automotive, Auto Component/ Lubricant Industry

Desired Skills: Self Driven, Passion for Quality, Excellent Interpersonal and Communication (Verbal + Written) skill, Drive for results, having lots of common sense, willingness to go extra mile to ensure the customer satisfaction and build a career in Automotive Industry.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
