**Responsibilities**:

- ** Liaise with different departments (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Planning, Finished Goods/Logistics, Finance) to ensure supply comes down onetime to meet ontime delivery to end customer.**:

- ** Provide support on Customer samples shipments to enable new customers’ product qualifications by the targeted dates.**:

- ** Warehouse material planning to ensure adequate supply for daily shipment**:

- ** Create and maintain reports for the team’s performance in meeting the department's goals and regularly addressing the gaps.**:

- ** Continuously identify areas of improvements in the packaging planning process, reviews information to develop and evaluate options, and implementing solutions.**:

- ** Work with strategic partners to support their weekly and daily packaging and shipping requirements.**:

- ** Participate actively in the company’s projects and programs as assigned.**:

- ** Strong IT skills to support troubleshooting issues within the department.**:

- ** Take up the role of a Safety Committee Member representing FG department. Leads 6S, safety program, risk assessment and follow up on regulatory requirements such as record retention for shipping documents.**:

- ** Participate in regular internal audit to ensure process compliance.**:
