Responsibilities:*

1. Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources, tailored to the specific needs of the telesales team.

2. Conduct training sessions for new hires, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and phone etiquette.

3. Provide ongoing coaching and support to existing telesales representatives to improve their sales performance and customer interaction skills.

4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

5. Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.

7. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation, skill development, and continuous improvement among telesales team members.

8. Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating shadowing sessions and role-playing exercises to help new hires acclimate to their roles.

10. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and implement improvements to the training curriculum and delivery methods.

*Qualifications:*

1. Proven experience in telesales or sales training, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

2. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

4. Proficiency in creating engaging training materials using various formats and mediums.

5. Ability to adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics to assess training effectiveness.

7. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage training schedules, materials, and participant records.

8. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed in their roles.

9. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

10. Relevant certifications in training and development or sales management would be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
