Ø **ADMINISTRATIVE WORK**

Ø Managing the Day to Day Operation of the Office & Organizing & Maintaining Files & Records of Employees.

Ø Arranging Inventory & Foods on Welfare Activities such as Birthday, Diwali & other Occasion.

Ø Arrangement of Travel & Travel Ticket bookings for Managers, Clients & Office Staff and Guest arrangement.

Ø Arrangement of Cab / Hotel Booking for Managers, Clients & Office Staff and Guest arrangement.

Ø Preparation & Printing of All kind of Forms required for Office Use i.e. Leave Form, Training cards, Letterheads, OD Slip etc.

Ø Office Management - Filling, Documentation, Reporting etc.

Ø Arrangement of Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter etc. for smooth functioning of office premises.

Ø Arranging Facility Management - Housekeeping, Pantry Service, Pest Control etc.

Ø Taking care of AMC contract & renewal of services such as AC, Printers, Fire Extinguisher etc.

Ø Vendor management
- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment’s that are required for the facility - IT Systems, Printers, air conditioning etc.

Ø Preparation of Purchase Orders & Invoices & keeping track of all Bills Payment & Courier register.

Ø Handling Petty Cash & Inventory Management - Purchase of Office resources such as Chairs, tables, AC, office Papers, Printer, and Cartridge & Other Stationery etc.

Ø Maintaining & Purchasing of all Electrical Equipments.

Ø Keeping track of Daily Expenses & prepare monthly expense Report.

Ø Update & Maintain Mail/Phone Directories.

Ø Supervise & Co-ordinate Activities of Staff.

Ø Provide Administration Services such as Conference room bookings etc.

Ø Provide administrative support for mobiles & calling cards.

Ø Preparation of Attendance daily, preparation of salary sheet, maintaining leave register.

Ø Coordinating with vendors and customers and make site reports on daily basis.

Ø **OPERATIONS WORK**

Ø To coordinate for transportation of equipment

Ø To coordinate and manage manpower on site

Ø To coordinate and interact with customers at site.

Ø To take daily report and attendance of all sites.

Ø To troubleshoot site problems with the help of service team.

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Any Undergraduate Degree.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience.

3. Proficient in English & Hindi Language: Written & Verbal.

4. Proficient in MS Office.

Mandatory Skills:
1. Must be good at problem solving.

2. Shall be punctual and follow instructions thoroughly and carefully.

3. Must be good at organizing and tracking all documentations.

4. Ability to meet deadlines in any given situation.

5. He must also be able to think outside the box, and must be meticulous and shall provide attention to detail.

6. Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues.

7. Is trustworthy, has discretion when handling confidential information.

8. Must be willing to learn and take initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
