Nursing Tutor

As a Nursing Tutor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation of nurses. You will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing students through their academic and clinical journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Educational Instruction**:Deliver engaging and effective classroom and clinical instruction to nursing students.
Develop and implement lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.

**Mentoring and Guidance**:Provide academic and professional guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
Support students in their clinical placements and practicum.

**Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the development and improvement of nursing curriculum and programs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nursing education.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:Evaluate and assess students' progress and performance.
Provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.

**Clinical Experience**:Share your clinical expertise with students and guide them in practical skills and knowledge.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during clinical experiences.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about current nursing practices and educational techniques.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **MSc. Nursing, BSc. Nursing (Basic/Post Basic), or Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration from a recognized institution.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.**:

- **Nursing license and any required certifications.**:

- **Strong communication and teaching skills.**:

- **Passion for nursing education and a commitment to fostering the success of students.**

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
