Trainer-beauty & Wellness

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical training in beauty and wellness courses such as skincare, makeup, haircare, nail care, spa therapies, etc.
- Develop and design course materials, training modules, and hands-on workshops based on the latest beauty and wellness trends and standards.
- Provide individual coaching, mentorship, and skill-building support to students.
- Ensure students develop industry-standard competencies and help them in achieving certification.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to track their progress and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and innovations in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Maintain training records and attendance reports of students.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop curriculum and update training methodologies as per industry needs.
- Provide career guidance and support to students regarding job opportunities and placements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Wellness from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in the beauty and wellness sector.
- Knowledge of skincare, haircare, makeup artistry, grooming techniques, and spa therapies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of students and provide personalized guidance.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in curriculum development and module design.
- Certification in advanced beauty and wellness techniques.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic, holistic, or alternative therapies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
