Responsibility
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support the sales team in strategy development.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Update CRM systems with client information and interactions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Follow-up**: Support follow-up efforts with potential clients and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare reports and summaries on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing documentation.
- **Product Training and Knowledge**: Learn about the products or services being offered to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
- **Feedback Gathering**: Collect and report feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.
- **Shadowing Sales Calls**: Observe and learn from experienced sales professionals during client calls or meetings.
Duration: 4 Months
